Quality fruits of traditional native banana varieties like Poovan, Yelakki and Karpooravalli are picked to get ripened in a scientific method, using climate controlled ripening chambers. Ripened fruits are then dehydrated in the “ Green house Solar Drier “, a state of the art technique in a hygienic procedure.
We source Honey from Kolli Hills, which are tested and impregnated to solar dried banana for its sweetness and also acts like a natural preservative to prolong storage.
